However, if you download a copy of your profile, then delete it we can restore your profile from the download you copied.

Public Profile Information
By default, your profile is set to show to site members only. However, if you choose to change your profile to be public, set certain profile fields to public, or make photos or videos public, then there is a good chance that search engines will find your profile and index it.

Even though we do not use third-party trackers, we are still able to identify the IP Address and other identifying information about our users, including your email address, browser information, profile photos and private messages. If we are presented with a reasonable request from Canadian law enforcement with a court order related to potentially illegal content, including threats of self harm or violence to others, we will work with them as required.

We do not allow or permit third party researchers including universities, government agencies or private companies from using our data for research purposes.

In addition to custom software we use to run our website, we utilize publicly available free and paid software to maintain our websites. We do everything we can to keep your data safe and secure.
We maintain limited backups of our website to comply with your right to delete your profile and be forgotten. As mentioned, we will NOT restore a backup of anything you intentionally or accidentally deleted. Backups are stored encrypted and can only be restored by authorized members of our team.
